REFUND POLICY

This Refund and Subscription Billing Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which Safehaven Labs Inc. (“Safehaven Labs,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) offers subscriptions to our services (“Services”). By subscribing to any of our Services, you (“you” or “User”) agree to be bound by this Policy, which is incorporated into and governed by our Terms of Service.
Non-Refundable Subscription Payments
All subscription payments made to Safehaven Labs are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Initial subscription fees
- Renewal fees, and
- Fees associated with monthly, annual, or other periodic billing cycles.
Once a billing cycle has commenced, you are not entitled to a refund, whether you choose to cancel early or otherwise discontinue use of the Services. Subscriptions provide access to the Services for the full duration of the billing period, and early cancellation does not truncate or shorten that period.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period.
- Cancellation does not retroactively nullify the billing period already paid for.
- You will retain access to the Services until the end of the current billing cycle, at which point your access will terminate unless the subscription is renewed.
- No refunds or partial credits will be issued for unused time within a billing period following cancellation.
Downgrades and Plan Changes
If you elect to downgrade your subscription tier to a less expensive plan:
- The new pricing will take effect immediately.
- Any unused portion of your current billing period will be prorated based on the number of remaining days and the price differential between the tiers.
- Any resulting credit balance will be retained on your account and automatically applied to future billing cycles.
We do not issue cash refunds or reimbursements for plan downgrades. All credits are non-transferable and may only be used toward future Safehaven Labs subscription fees.
No Guarantee of Service Uptime or Quality
All Services are provided “as-is” and “as-available,” without warranty of any kind. Safehaven Labs does not guarantee:
- Uptime or availability of the Services at any specific time,
- Error-free operation, or
- Any specific service outcomes, speed, or features.
Performance issues, dissatisfaction, or general complaints regarding the quality of service are not valid grounds for a refund or chargeback.
Discretionary Credits
Safehaven Labs, at its sole discretion, may issue account credits as a gesture of goodwill or as a form of limited compensation. These credits:
- Are not redeemable for cash or refunds,
- Are non-transferable, and
- May only be applied toward future subscription payments with Safehaven Labs.
The issuance of credits in one instance does not entitle you to credits or refunds in the future.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution without first contacting Safehaven Labs to resolve the matter may result in immediate account suspension or termination. We reserve the right to contest any chargebacks and provide this Policy as evidence of your acceptance of non-refundable billing terms.
Policy Changes
We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated through our website or via email. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of an updated Policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
